This Equipment Lease Agreement ("Lease") becomes effective upon the Lessee's acceptance, indicated by clicking on the "I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions" button. The parties involved are CairoCameraRentals.com; LLC. ("Lessor") and the current user ("Lessee"). By selecting the "I agree, submit this order" button, the Lessee acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions, even if not expressly read. The Lessor retains the discretion to modify this agreement and its terms, with the Lessee indicating acceptance of any modifications by clicking on the "I agree, submit this order" button.

-Disclaimer and Corrections:
The Lessor strives for accuracy in descriptions and prices but reserves the right to correct errors. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

-Lease Terms: The Lessor leases the described Equipment to the Lessee, as shown in the "Cart" area during checkout.

-Lease Term:
The lease term begins on the first day of the specified rental period and concludes on the last day of the term. The Equipment must be returned to the pickup station by the end of business on the last day.

-Rent Payment:
The Lessee must pay the rent amount in full and in advance.

-Late Returns and Penalties:
Late returns incur a daily penalty equivalent to one day's rental rate. If the rental is not returned seven days after the due date, and penalties are not collected, the Equipment is considered stolen, and the Lessee's payment method is charged the full replacement value. Failure to pay penalties or replacement costs within seven days results in a Default, with the Lessor pursuing civil and criminal remedies.

-Equipment Use and Compliance: The Lessee must use the Equipment carefully and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

-Cancellation Policies:
The Lessor reserves the right to cancel any order. The Lessee may cancel an order until three days from the rental period, with a 25% charge if canceled within this timeframe.

-Ownership and Responsibility:
The Equipment remains the exclusive property of the Lessor. The Lessee has no claims to the Equipment or media created with it.

-Equipment Maintenance and Damages:
The Lessee must keep the Equipment in good condition. Any material modifications require the Lessee to cover restoration costs. The Lessee bears the risk of damage, and a cleaning fee may apply for certain conditions.

-Loss of Equipment:
The Lessee assumes the entire risk of loss. For lost or stolen Equipment, the Lessee is liable for the replacement value, charged to the Lessee's payment method. Failure to pay within 24 hours results in Default.

-Default and Recovery:
In the event of default, all amounts owed are immediately due. The Lessee is responsible for recovery expenses, and the Lessor reserves the right to pursue various civil and criminal remedies.

-Accessory Replacement and Liability:
The Lessee is fully liable for missing accessories, with the responsibility to reimburse the Lessor for replacement costs.

-Liability and Malfunction:
The Lessor is not liable for any claims resulting from Equipment use or malfunction. In the case of malfunction, the Lessor's liability is limited to the applicable rent during the nonfunctioning period.

-Taxes or Duties:
The Lessee agrees to keep the Equipment free from taxes, duties, or liens, agreeing to reimburse the Lessor for any levied charges.
