Accordingly to the specification, our batteries qualify as dust protected meaning ingress of dust is impeded sufficiently not to alter in any way the performances or the safety protections of the batteries. Furthermore, our batteries can resist against splashes of water coming from any direction sufficiently enough not to have their performances or safety features compromised. Test conditions require that the above performances are successfully endured for an exposure of at least 5 and up to 10 minutes. BLUESHAPE guaranties that GRANITE batteries comply with this standard after these have been successfully tested by a competent international body. Excessive and prolonged exposures exceeding the standard are therefore not guaranteed, apart from the fact that such abuse can cause irreversible damage to the batteries.
