Late returns incur a daily penalty equivalent to one day's rental rate. If the rental is not returned seven days after the due date, and penalties are not collected, the Equipment is considered stolen, and the Lessee's payment method is charged the full replacement value. Failure to pay penalties or replacement costs within seven days results in a Default, with the Lessor pursuing civil and criminal remedies.

The Lessor reserves the right to cancel any order. The Lessee may cancel an order until three days from the rental period, with a 25% charge if canceled within this timeframe.

The Equipment remains the exclusive property of the Lessor. The Lessee has no claims to the Equipment or media created with it.
-Equipment Maintenance and Damages:
The Lessee must keep the Equipment in good condition. Any material modifications require the Lessee to cover restoration costs. The Lessee bears the risk of damage, and a cleaning fee may apply for certain conditions.
-Loss of Equipment:
The Lessee assumes the entire risk of loss. For lost or stolen Equipment, the Lessee is liable for the replacement value, charged to the Lessee's payment method. Failure to pay within 24 hours results in Default.
-Default and Recovery:
In the event of default, all amounts owed are immediately due. The Lessee is responsible for recovery expenses, and the Lessor reserves the right to pursue various civil and criminal remedies.
-Accessory Replacement and Liability:
The Lessee is fully liable for missing accessories, with the responsibility to reimburse the Lessor for replacement costs.
-Liability and Malfunction:
The Lessor is not liable for any claims resulting from Equipment use or malfunction. In the case of malfunction, the Lessor's liability is limited to the applicable rent during the nonfunctioning period.
